Twitter Followers!

It's been just a few days since I set up my Twitter account, and people are following... many are artists selling their work on Etsy.com (I love Etsy!). Thanks for following!

On Twitter I follow other independent designers, artists, and organizations showing  the "indie spirit" and I often re-tweet info I find interesting, useful and supportive.

I know my efforts so far have paid off - two people near Portland, Oregon shopped at my online store, and are wearing my T-shirt and a cap around, and someone is passing out Buy Indie! buttons in Chico, California! It just makes me happy that my Buy Indie! logo is "out there."

The Buy Indie! Project

I've been working on a graphic campaign, Buy Indie! — in support of the indie designer labels out there, from fashion to hand-crafted works, and local goods. I designed a logo that demonstrates the gifts we give and receive from artists, bakers, farmers, woodworkers, small business owners...
